SHIPPING POLICY
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number, which you may use for any further inquiries. If you do not receive an email, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@nestcollection.ch — we will respond as promptly as possible.
Orders are shipped exclusively within Switzerland. Delivery is included for all small and medium baskets and vases, as well as for changing baskets. For all other items, except chairs, delivery fees are CHF 25.– for orders up to 6 kg and CHF 40.– for orders up to 10 kg. For larger or heavier items, the fee is CHF 60.–. The amount is indicated in the cart before checkout.
Nest coordinates a grouped shipment approximately once a month. The cut-off date to be included in the next dispatch is indicated on our website. We thank you for your understanding regarding these timelines, which reflect the artisanal and thoughtful nature of our collection.
Each order is carefully prepared and photographed prior to dispatch, in the spirit of quality and transparency. We kindly ask that you inspect the condition of the package before signing the delivery slip.
In the event of damage to the parcel, any claims must be made directly to the carrier upon delivery. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@nestcollection.ch within 24 hours of receipt, including a photo of the item in question.
Please ensure that the shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Nest cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect address details.

RETURNS, REFUNDS
& EXCHANGES POLICY
At Nest, each piece is carefully selected for its quality and authenticity, designed to beautifully enhance your home for years to come. For this reason, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We therefore invite you to choose your items thoughtfully, especially by checking their dimensions before placing your order.
Exchanges may be considered in certain cases; however, any shipping costs related to the exchange will be your responsibility. Only products with a confirmed defect or damaged during transit may be returned, subject to prior approval from Nest.
All return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.Returned items must be in perfect condition, without damage or alteration.
