QUALITY AND AUTHENTICITY
Each Nest piece is carefully selected for its quality and authenticity. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, color variations and irregularities may occur, reflecting their uniqueness.
EXCLUSIONS
Chairs, bassinets, changing baskets, and pet baskets are not supplied with cushions.
MATERIALS – RATTAN
Rattan furniture is suitable for covered outdoor spaces protected from humidity. Prolonged exposure to sunlight may naturally lighten the material, which does not constitute a defect.
AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY TIMES
At Nest, each piece is carefully selected at the time of your order, meaning there is currently no permanent stock in Switzerland. This artisanal approach may sometimes lead to delays related to transportation or preparation, which are beyond our control. Please be assured that we do everything possible to deliver your Nest treasures promptly, and we will keep you informed in case of any delays.
